One of my favorite shirts

This is a go-to long sleeve shirt for me. It is thick and warm. It fits as expected.I'm 5'6", 190 lbs, and wear the XL.

This is a cute casual and sporty sweater that will go with everything- the hood is actually large and wearable as well (you know some are just for looks).
I personally choose this one because of the unfinished rugged edges cause I think its very modern casual and hate any edges that are bunchy or elastic.
The front pocket is deep and comfortable placement for your hands and cell phone.
I am 5’4 140 and ordered a medium because I was worried about it being tight and wanted to wear it over clothes. However now that I have washed it (which makes it softer btw) I realized I probably would have been ok with a small as well- so hopefully based on how you want it to fit that can help you. :)
